Hands down the BEST burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Getting a $20+ quality burger for $13 is a STEAL. I could also drink the garlic aioli sauce that comes with the fries, that’s how good it is. Definitely my all time favorite place to grab dinner. Go try one!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

This place is incredible, but you have to know how to find it! It's behind (literally in the alley or beyond the patio) at La Diabla. Do yourself a favor and get a margarita or a mezcal paloma at La Diabla with your burger and enjoy their patio with a burger and fries. So delicious!

Keep an eye on this spot, they’re going places. And you wanna be able to say you knew it back when. Had a good feeling when we were waiting to order and the two guys running it were placing limes and pickled peppers with the precision and attention of fine dining chefs. We got two smash burgers, fries and the fried ... chicken. One of the best smash burgers I’ve had, perfectly sauced. But the fried chicken was like nothing I’ve had. Dry salt brine to sous vie to flash-fried perfection. The chicken’s flavor was the star as opposed to a thick breaded coating. And it was the perfect temperature to pick up right after being served. Nearly drank the brine when the peppers were gone. Also, why was the lime so beautiful!? Such a clean slice. Went in because of a friends suggestion. They are in the back of La Diabla so you can walk through the alley. But I got there and ordered everything on the menu. The fries never made it back to my apartment. They were just normal fries but they were fresh, crisp, and didn't need any salt or ketchup imo. I did get ... tondip it in the garlic aioli sauce they provided which was good, but overall great fries 9/10. The burger was exactly what I want in a smash burger. Crispy edges with good flavor, 10/10. I also tried the chicken because why not? Lol. So it comes with lemon and sliced peppers, but it's not your typical fried chicken, as it's not breaded which is fine because the skin was still crispy. First bite you could tell the chicken is brined (which a lot of places don't do). I appreciate a brined chicken. So immediately the flavor was there for me, it was moist (hard to overcook a chicken thigh), and the add ons helped add some different flavor profiles. 8/10 for me.
